    Michelle is an internationally recognised holistic health practitioner specialising in trauma recovery and supporting clients to regain mental and emotional health and wellbeing. She is a highly skilled facilitator, mentor and coach with lived experiences to share with you, including how she overcame her darkest times and made the shift from surviving to THRIVING!
