Michelle utilises many modalities of healing including Hypnotherapy, NLP & Time Line Therapy®️. She incorporates CHEK HLC assessments to discover what each individual is experiencing within their body and mind.  This covers areas such as organs, hormones, endocrine system, gastrointestinal system, immune system, emotional states, limiting beliefs and more, so to make each program specific for your needs.  Michelle uses practical tools to guide with what you are experiencing in your body and mind.

Michelle supports you through your challenges and then coaches on uncovering your true self and your deep internal core values to be lived by.  Everyone deserves to reconnect to who they really are underneath all the pressures and expectations in life.  We all have something exceptional to offer ourselves, the people in our lives and the world too.  But we must firstly overcome our traumas, then unveil who we really are and have the courage to fully be that person, the version of ourselves we were born to be.
